Our design team has substantial real-world experience in both the real estate industry and house flipping business, enabling us to collaborate with hundreds of contractors. While we have a rigorous vetting process, we also encourage our clients to conduct their own research.

The turnaround time varies based on the project's scale, the property's condition, the contractors' speed and efficiency, and the need for permits.
How involved should a client be?
Clients are welcome to be as involved as they wish. However, decisiveness is beneficial as indecision can cause delays, expensive modifications, and inefficiencies. Ideally, clients will clearly communicate their wants and needs upfront and then trust us to execute the job and lead the creative process. After all, that's what they hire us for! 😊
